Xinhua news agency, Riyadh, February 26 (reporter Tu Yifan) recently, the Jizan Aramco oil emergency response center project of China Railway 18th Bureau Group Saudi Arabia company obtained the preliminary acceptance certificate, marking the successful delivery of the project to the owner.

　　On the 13th, the owner of the project, Saudi Aramco, and the Royal Saudi committee carried out the preliminary inspection of all buildings and passed the acceptance. The project officially obtained the preliminary inspection certificate of plot 1, marking the successful delivery of the Jizan Aramco oil emergency response center project to the owner.

Jizan Aramco oil emergency response center project is located in the economic city of Jizan Province, Saudi Arabia. Jizan economic city is one of the key economic cities under the reform plan of "vision 2030" of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia company of China Railway 18th Bureau Group has undertaken the construction of four service-oriented buildings supporting the infrastructure construction in the economic city - fire station, police station, emergency medical center and government security building, as well as the construction of outdoor supporting infrastructure, with a total construction area of 7780 square meters.

　　Wang Liang, project manager of Jizan Aramco oil emergency response center, said: "this project is the first project of China Railway 18th Bureau Saudi Arabia company to enter the Aramco market. For us, it is a project with both opportunities and challenges. Completing this project will lay a good foundation for the company to open up new fields and new markets in Saudi Arabia."

Wang Liang said that China Railway 18th Bureau Group actively responded to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative. The completion acceptance of Jizan Aramco oil emergency response center project marks that Saudi Arabia company of China Railway 18th Bureau Group has taken the first step in the deep cultivation of Saudi Aramco oil market, and also marks another important achievement in the process of implementing the "the Belt and Road" initiative with practical actions.
